This is especially true when it comes to temperature and humidity. For example, humidity can affect the number of oxides and process variables. In fact, humidity strongly depends on the rate of nucleation of the metallic phase and on the great mobility of tungsten due to the presence of a volatile tungsten compound. The lower the humidity, the higher the nucleation rate and the smaller the particle size.
